Mr. Hairston recently provided training for us at our annual supervisors training workshop at Lake Oconee. He spent eight hours of training eighteen of our supervisors on the topics of team building, employee motivational techniques, self evaluations, and building relationships.During his training he was very knowledgeable of the topic material and did an excellent job of presenting it so that the supervisors could relate and understand. He provided several topic videos, visual aides, and helpful materials during his presentations. I would highly recommend him to any company that is considering using him or his company for training. We will certainly be using him again for future training workshops. I have known Mr. Hairston for over fourteen years and have always found him to be efficient, dependable, ethical, and intelligent in his responsibilities and decisions. I sincerely believe that any company using his training services will be rewarded with work well done.

Bo Hairston served as a probation office here in Hall County before he embarked on his public speaking career. Bo was a great probation officer, but I never dreamed he would be such a motivational speaker. Recently Bo served as the keynote speaker for a Hall County Drug Court Graduation.I have heard many speakers in many different arenas. However, I have to say Bo is one of the best. The content and delivery of his message was uplifting and inspiring. Bo spoke about personal responsibility, grace, and working towards a better future. Bo’s style of delivery is part southern Baptist revival, part football coach motivation, and part comrade in the struggle. He captivated the audience and left a lasting impression. Bo is a great motivator and speaker. He speaks directly to young people and people who are looking for a better way.

Bo personifies positivity. I have know him along time and he has not changed. He is and always will be a person who sees only solutions not problems. He is a though leader, motivator and a person you will call friend once you meet him. I first met him in 1993 while attending North Georgia College and recognized the magic. There is something about him. Something you both see and feel when you first meet him. He has a unique balance few possess and it affords him the ability to speak to you in a way that when he’s finished you feel better about your self and happy you met him.This is a person who truly is living the dream and wants to share what he knows to help you and yours. If your organization, group, school, team or family need recalibration, realignment or re-tooling, host a function and book Bo to speak – I promise you will be glad you did.

I have known Bo Hairston for many years. Bo is a fine Christian man with a great sense of humor. He also has a true heart for helping people of all ages find the right path to reach their full potential and happiness in life. Bo will give everything he has to help you. A person with his sincerity and character is hard to find these days.

It is with distinct honor and my pleasure to say I have witnessed firsthand the impact Bo has on the youth and the programs. We’ve had the privilege of Bo speaking to the students in our residential recovery program on numerous occasions. Each time, our young men come away inspired and challenged to be their best. One remarkable characteristic of The Hairston Company is the ability to truly listen first – then respond. Bo listens, then coaches straight from the head and the heart.

I recently had a training class with over 100 of Georgia’s largest employers. I invited Bo to talk about drugs and alcohol in the workplace. They have heard it before. Drugs don’t work. I would like to say how much we appreciated Bo Hairston for coming out to King’s Highway Worship Center on our Youth Night called “Friday Night Fire”. We had an awesome turn out and the encouragement that Bo left on our youth was awesome. Two days later, they are still talking about it. Bo, you have impacted our lives in many ways. As to your presentation yesterday, I was so very impressed with how you engaged the youth! Their participation was much more than what I expected. I really appreciated the way you incorporated into your speech, the need to preserve one’s integrity; and to be honest and responsible in all your actions. Hearing the teens responses as you questioned them definitely showed that they were not just there in the body but in the mind also! Thank you so much for finding a place on your busy schedule for our group! I sincerely hope we can work together again in the near future as we both endeavor to impact the lives of youth!

FCA was wonderful this Thursday morning. We have many youth pastors and dynamic speakers from all our churches to come and speak to our FCA. More students came to me and shared how much they enjoyed your message and presentation than ever. Many were encouraged because you made them feel like they are “worth” so much! If nothing else, this lifted their spirits as teens. Sometimes, as parents, we tell our kids this, but sometimes when someone else says the same thing to them, they listen more. I think that is how many of our students felt this Thursday morning. You were there to verify and help them feel and understand this. They will take this message with them for many years. You are a wonderful speaker and kept the students engaged and involved. Their attention was always on you and your message.
